CoachRolland Training Stationtraining

Stationtraining

To stay in same position during the whole session can be hard. Both mentally and physically. A suggestion for youngsters (or new beginners) is to do stationtraining. With that i mean have different tasks in different places for the shooters so they have a little walk between the places. The benefit is that the shooters can move a bit and relax their brain between. And maybe have a little snack from an apple or banana if needed. One station can be that there is a vertical line on a paper hanging on the wall. This can be used for learning the enter the target, stabilitytraining or for balancetraining. The second station can be stabilitytraining on matts and last (if 3 tasks) can be triggertraining on the target. When all the tasks has been done end the session with normal precedyre for a shot example 20 shots.
