With Leif S. Rolland we had the opportunity of work on training camps at Guatemala and Sweden with the rifle national team (2017 and 2018) and like teacher of the ISSF Course D for coaches (2018).
In all the activities Leif show your passion, professionalism and responsibility. He loves the shooting sport and your knowledge about this sport is very big, he knows the road that should walk for been an athlete and a federation of high performance.
The contribution of Leif to the Shooting Sport at Guatemala was so big: he fix many mistakes on the technique shooters,, give us guidelines of new methods and forms of works during the training sessions and preparation for competitions, make us analysis and feedback about our projects and actions for shootings, coaches and staffs for get our goals.
Like technical director of the Guatemala Shooting Sport Federation I am very happy with the help that Leif give us and I don’t doubt that the results and medals that we get during the international competitions the support of Leif help to us for that.

TESTIMONIO ACERCA DE LEIF S. ROLLAND
Con Leif S. Rolland tuvimos la oportunidad de trabajar en clínicas de entrenamiento en Guatemala y Suecia (2017 y 2018) dirigidos a los atletas de la selección nacional de rifle y como profesor en el curso para entrenadores nivel D de la ISSF (2018).
En todas esas actividades Leif demostró su pasión, profesionalismo y responsabilidad. Es una persona que ama al tiro y conoce mucho sobre ello, sabe cuál es el camino que se debe de seguir para ser un atleta de alto rendimiento.
El aporte que dejó Leif al Tiro Deportivo en Guatemala fue muy grande: corrigió errores en la técnica de los tiradores, orientó nuevas formas de trabajar los entrenamientos, nos hizo analizar y enderazar proyectos y acciones tanto de tiradores, entrenadores como de directivos en búsqueda de alcanzar los objetivos.
Como director técnico estuve muy contento con la ayuda que Leif nos brindó y no dudo que las medallas que se han obtenido en los eventos internacionales que se ha participado Leif aportó al logro de las mismas.
