Changes in todays training

Today i worked with many shooters in the training. Some i did changes on the rifle (because it was needed) and some had changes in their mentallity or techniqe for the training.

Shooter 1- Since the shooter had to stretch a bit for getting to the pistolgrip we made changes with the length on the buttplace piece. We shortened a bit in so the buttplate is closer to the rifle. Then we also took the pistolgrip a bit backwards and also then the triggershoe a bit backwards. With this it was easier for the atlethe to actually relax in the right shoulder. Further it was easier for the atlethe to jove the arms while doing the inlift and not swinging the body too while doing the inlift.

Shooter 2- this shoter i noticed turned the upperbody towards the target to much while doing the inlift and outlift. Her task was to make sure she only used her arms and made sure the hip was stable in same position while doing the inlift and outlift. What i mean with inlift is when the shooter lifts the rifle from the stand and to the target. Outlift is the opisite. From position to the stand again.

Third shooter i made sure should focus on the left shoulder compare to the rifle. If the gap between the left shoulder and the rifle is different between shots there is something wrong. Have the diciplin to take down the rifle and start over again ( a reason for this might be the same as shooter 2)
