When we shoot competitions and especially international competitions they start usually early in the morning. If you are not a professional shooter there is a big chance that you practice after work or after school. What you should be aware of is that your body and brain has a different approach to your shooting then. Often the body is “soft” and your brain has been “running” all day so you are there. In the morning the body can be a bit stiffer and you might not be totally awake. In order to know how your body and brain works in the morning it is wise to practice also during the morning as much as you can. And especially when it is getting closer to competitions that you want to shoot good at.
